Eventually it becomes a chronic health problem that can't be solved with a pill. But, by changing what you believe and the patterns you created because of it, you can choose to let go of the fear that's keeping you stuck. Life can be a struggle or the most exhilarating time imaginable. Finding health and happiness is about choosing what you love and going for it every day.

Is Health Coaching for me?

A: Health Coaching helps you live in alignment with your values and beliefs, so you make new choices to live a happier and healthier life with greater meaning. Coaching has brought remarkable results from my clients with work/life balance problems, diabetes, heart disease, and many other life and health challenges.

What's the first session like?

A: The first session is a 45-minute video meeting. Together, we’ll unpack your hopes and dreams for health and life, and identify what's holding you back. Then we'll explore how to manifest this future, including reviewing past struggles and planning for any challenges ahead. By the end, you’ll have a clear focus, be connected to something you believe in, and ready to follow the path to the healthier, happier life your dreaming of.

How many sessions will I need, and how often do we meet?

A: Most clients start to see and feel immediate results, and reach their goals when meeting consistently. The first session gets you started, and regular follow-up sessions help you stay accountable. Set-backs are normal when changing patterns, that’s why the follow-up sessions help. Remember, each person is different, but it's common to see breakthroughs and real progress in just four sessions. Some like to meet regularly after a breakthrough to keep themselves a priority. There’s no one size fits all. We experiment with what’s right for you, making adjustments along the way.

What if I want to cancel?

A: No problem. Life happens. I promise to give you 24-hour notice if something comes up for me, and ask you grant me the same courtesy. Otherwise, I’ll need to charge you for your full session. Thank you for understanding.

* If you purchased a package of sessions and need to cancel within 2 months of purchasing them, you’ll be refunded any unused sessions, except for sessions not cancelled within 24-hours.
